Privacy Policy & Data Governance
Ethos of Discretion
The Bracca Club operates upon a foundational premise of absolute confidentiality. We collect only the data essential to assess candidate eligibility, facilitate verified introductions, and maintain the integrity of our private registry. We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Candidate submissions include legal name, verified contact details, professional portfolio links, and formal letters of intent submitted during open application windows.
Collector records include vehicle specifications, garage provenance details, and discretion parameters provided voluntarily by member custodians.
Technical telemetry is limited to standard encrypted session logs necessary for platform authentication and fraud prevention.
2. Purpose of Processing
Processing is strictly limited to reviewing membership applications, verifying artistic pedigree, coordinating confidential commissions, and maintaining statutory compliance under international data protection frameworks, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation.
3. Retention & Safeguards
Candidate portfolios and private collection records reside within encrypted, access-restricted repositories. Application records for unsuccessful candidates are permanently expunged following the conclusion of each review cycle, preserving only applicant count tallies for the lifetime five application limit.
4. Rights & Contact
Members and applicants maintain full statutory rights to inspect, rectify, or request the permanent deletion of their archived information.
